I am a wife and now a mother of three. I recently gave birth to our third child at home. I’m living the life of a newborn. I’m currently also homeschooling my children, and on my spare time I love to blog about health, food, family and my spiritual journey.

I have a B.A. in Child Development worked as a Behavioral Interventionist with children in the Los Angeles Unified School Districts and in the home. After giving birth to two I decided that I wanted to stay home full time & home school our children. I enjoy caring for my children and I feel blessed because in today’s economy that is rare. Staying home has been my toughest job yet and the most rewarding.

I heavily stress that one should take full responsibility for their overall mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health.  As a mother and caretaker of my family it is important that I continuously research and learn about the foods and products I buy for my family. On the Home page of this blog I have included an extensive detailed article about my health journey –

I have been asked many times to put together a blog on health related topics and I am ready to share.

Let’s get started! Enjoy!

With Love,

Priscilla Luna

Thx! Loved your blog as well. I specifically connected with the homeschooling blog. I started homeschooling “in schooling” last year with my preschooler..last year was a confidence booster and this year our focus is on son starts “kinder” next year. We are in the westside sector. I think I may have been introduced to you by Vanessa Hill.

I thought you were familiar! I was wondering if I knew you through an old job where I worked with behavior interventionists. I think it’s great that you are starting while they are so young. I wish I could go back and do it all again. But, I’m grateful for the time we have now 🙂
